“Happiness radiates like the fragrance from a flower and draws all good things towards you.” ~Maharishi Mahesh Yogi
This quote makes me think of happiness being contagious and effortless. But in reality, happiness is much harder to achieve–and that’s where I come in. I meet my clients with compassion, respect, and an empathetic, validating ear. I pride myself on being a good listener. I want you to find your version of happiness.
My goal is for therapy to be a safe place for my clients and for them to be able to be themselves, wholeheartedly. I have over 8 years of experience in the field and I love what I do.
My training experience centers around many different populations. I have worked with adults (including seniors), adolescents and children. My passion is working with couples and families. In a society where the power of the family is not always recognized, I value the family unit and work to improve family communication and connection. I believe that a strong family is the base for a self confident and strong individual. My love for couples is hard to contain! Couples may experience miscommunication, but that doesn’t mean hard-work and dedication can’t bring couples back to their centered point.
I believe that therapeutic techniques and concepts can assist couples, families, and individuals back to a place of healing and growing; which is a person’s most beautiful state. I am ready to partner with you, your family, spouse, or child to help navigate challenges and improve your well-being.
