I have over 11 years of experience working as a social worker in the mental health field. I have worked with clients from a wide age range to help provide comfort and support in their time of need.  

I want to give you a safe space, free of judgement, where you can truly process your feelings and emotions. I love being able to help someone cope with life events and then come out stronger than before. 

I would like to be able to work with you to help you realize your potential growth, serve as a base for self-exploration, and focus on the reality of existing emotions. My hope is that you leave each session feeling as if you are making progress to become a healthier and happier version of yourself.
