Welcome! My name is Laura–though many people know me as “Lala”–you’re welcome to call me either.
Our life history carries a lot of influence in how we look inwards, and we can struggle to view ourselves with proper clarity and compassion.
My goal is to provide a safe and comfortable space where you can examine and re-frame your story to build a healthier relationship with your mind and the world around you. I work with clients experiencing life-transition, anxiety, depression, attachment injuries, perinatal and postpartum, addictions, and compulsions. Together, we’ll explore ways to cultivate more presence, joy, and alignment.
Therapy is a courageous step. I work with both adults and children, tailoring my approach and therapeutic modalities to each individual’s unique needs, with a touch of playfulness and humor. If this feels like a good fit, I’d be honored to work with you.
