The journey towards health and wellness is about constantly learning, adjusting and changing. Today is simply where you start. Where you go is up to you.
When you are faced with the option to either stay the same or change, I hope that you always choose some degree of change. But, I will always remember that change can be scary and overwhelming.
That’s where I come in as your therapist. I can help you with the feeling of fumbling your way through, when you’re not quite sure what you’re doing or where you’re headed is the right direction at all. After all, I’m human too. Therapy can help you align your actions with your desires and can help you begin to create what it is that you’re looking for in your life.
I use a wellness approach with my clients. I am trained around our neurobiology and nervous system, aware of how our body reacts as well as informs us. I also use a relational approach to my work to support healing. I invite you to be curious about how you function in all areas of your life, so you can be your best you. It’s cliche, but so apt here: my hope is for you to not just survive, but create ways to feel that you are thriving!
I can help you rediscover a path you were once on but have lost track of. Or, maybe we uncover a new path all together. Regardless of the route we take, I will walk beside you with peace, grace and a brave heart to promote growth, hope and healing in you.
