Hi there!
Welcome and I am so glad you are here.
My belief is that you are the expert in your own story. I want to create a safe space to explore, process, and embrace vulnerability without the fear of judgement. I strive to champion you (and accompany you) through your goals, while holding space for life as it happens. It is an honor and a privilege to walk by your side through this journey.
My work centers around an attachment-based framework using an emotionally-focused lens. I like to check in with you to ask: are you getting what you need out of these sessions?
I recently moved here from Colorado, where I gained incredible experience working in child welfare, hospital-based pediatric mental health, end-of-life care, and individualized intensive mental health case management.
At JSA, I work with many ages of clients, as well as couples.
