Sheena Vallabh
Our psychotherapists are masters level licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and licensed marriage and family therapists. But they are more than that: they bring warm personalities, a “realness” and an appreciation for the enormous honor and responsibility it is that you have chosen to work with us.

Sheena Vallabh
I want my clients to be eager for the next session because they feel accepted and understood here.
My hope is that my clients leave my office saying: “I see myself differently and more clearly–with more patience, understanding, curiosity, and grace.”
Growth and change occur when clients are able to view different perspectives on themselves and on those in their life. New perspectives open the way for deeper connections and more loving understandings. Doors and windows open, wounds heal, life becomes more manageable and hopeful.
My goal in the therapy room is to create a safe environment for all clients, allowing them an opportunity to be heard and understood. I want my clients to be eager for the next session because they feel accepted and understood here.
Clinical Experience:
My scope of practice includes children, adolescents, and adults. But I am especially passionate about working with adolescents and young adults! I value the meaningful connection within a family system and understand that each family and their individual parts have their own unique struggles. I have intense experience working with children through traumatic experiences, with their behavioral issues and with their depression and anxiety.
Therapy is a key part of overall wellness. I am eager to work with you, your family or child in order to help navigate struggles and improve your life.
