Being a therapist has been a dream of mine since adolescence and I am driven to continue growing and learning in my career. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic, and compassionate space for you to self-reflect and process. I focus on a collaborative approach that includes trauma-informed, cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and emotion-focused interventions that support you in your journey to healing and change.
