Our Therapists
Our psychotherapists are masters level licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and licensed marriage and family therapists. But they are more than that: they bring warm personalities, a “realness” and an appreciation for the enormous honor and responsibility it is that you have chosen to work with us.

I believe in kindness. Also in mischief. Also in singing, especially when singing is not necessarily prescribed.
As for the body, it is solid and strong and curious and full of detail; it wants to polish itself; it wants to love another body; it is the only vessel in the world that can hold, in a mix of power and sweetness: words, song, gesture, passion, ideas, ingenuity, devotion, merriment, vanity, and virtue.
Keep some room in your heart for the unimaginable.
-Mary Oliver
Our journey through life has an incredible number of possibilities that are limited only by our imagination. Mary Oliver’s openness to the unimaginable captures the curiosity and wonder with which I approach therapy. I endeavor to bring kindness, understanding, and safety to the therapy room. I might also bring music and a little singing!
Whether you are an individual, couple, family, or child, I invite you to explore your experiences and your world with me, so that we can gain perspective and understanding on the situations in which we may be stuck. Working together, we can look not only inward, but also outward to the impact of your relationships with the world around you. Within each of us is the story that we hope to live out. Together, we can discover it, and bring it to the surface, so that it may be lived.
