Our Therapists

Our psychotherapists are masters level licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and licensed marriage and family therapists. But they are more than that: they bring warm personalities, a “realness” and an appreciation for the enormous honor and responsibility it is that you have chosen to work with us.

Whether you prefer direct feedback around patterns that are no longer serving you or gentle guidance towards your own realizations, my role is to walk beside you and shine a light on your path.

Since childhood, I have seen too often that therapy does not work for people that feel like they are being treated like problems to be solved rather than souls that need to feel heard and understood before they can move forward with making changes.

If well-intentioned “I should” or “you should” statements were going to work for you, they probably would have already and you wouldn’t be reading this right now! I want to get to know who you are beneath all the ideas of who you should be and help you figure out not only who you want to be, but what actions to take to get you closer to what is important to you.

I understand that you have been doing the best you could with the ways that you have learned to navigate your life so far. I respect and appreciate your willingness and commitment to learning something different. During our time together, I will create a safe space for you to be vulnerable and offer a pair of eyes into your blind spots; the strengths you don’t give yourself credit for and the areas for growth you need non-judgmental support with.

Whether you prefer direct feedback around patterns that are no longer serving you or gentle guidance towards your own realizations, my role is to walk beside you and shine a light on your path.
