I am devoted to helping&nbsp;individual clients forge more meaningful relationships with themselves, their partner, family members,&nbsp;and friends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I also enjoy working with couples, helping them learn to communicate differently, hear each other in&nbsp;times of conflict, and find their emotional safety within the relationship.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being a mother of four and a military wife for over 26 years I understand how hard it is to maintain&nbsp;healthy relationships while also being your best self.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allow me to partner with you; allow me to help you rediscover hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Clinical Experience:<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>While pursuing my Master\u2019s in Clinical Mental Health at Lenoir- Rhyne University I was able to take&nbsp;courses in Group Counseling and Family Counseling which sparked my love for couples work. During my&nbsp;internship I had the opportunity to explore this passion by interning with a clinical practice that focused&nbsp;primarily with families and couples.
