You might relate if

You love your kids and still feel flooded by meltdowns, power struggles, sibling fights, screens, or the gap between co-parents.

Parent coaching is for caregivers who want tools and perspective—not a lecture. You may be navigating ADHD or anxiety in the home, blended-family complexity, divorce transitions, or the everyday exhaustion of trying to be consistent when you are depleted.

FAQs

Common questions about parent coaching.

Does my child attend parent coaching?

Usually not. Coaching is for caregivers. If your child needs direct therapy, we can recommend play therapy, teen counseling, or family sessions alongside coaching.

Can both parents attend?

Yes, when both are willing. Shared coaching often improves consistency. We can also work with one parent when that is the realistic starting point.

Is this the same as family therapy?

Related but different. Coaching centers caregiver skills and strategies; family therapy brings family members into the room to change interaction patterns together.

How quickly will things change at home?

Many caregivers notice small shifts within a few weeks as responses become more predictable. Deeper patterns take longer—and that is normal.
