Our psychotherapists are masters level licensed clinical social workers, licensed professional counselors, and licensed marriage and family therapists. Hi, and welcome!

I am committed to embodying several pivotal qualities that I consider essential for delivering effective and meaningful care.

My approach to my work is characterized  by an unwavering non-judgmental attitude, recognizing the profound significance of establishing  a secure and inclusive environment where individuals can openly share their stories and experiences.

Central to my therapeutic practice is a foundation of empathy, allowing me to forge deep connections with my clients and cultivate a strong sense of trust and rapport.

The well-being of those under my care is a matter of genuine concern for me, and I am resolutely  devoted to furnishing genuine support and guidance throughout every step of their therapeutic  journey.

Rooted in an innate curiosity, I am continuously driven to expand my knowledge and gain deeper insights into the distinctive and diverse needs of everyone I have the privilege of working with.

In our collaborative journey toward well-being, you will find in me a counselor who holds these values at the forefront of our work together. I am dedicated to providing you with a space where you are truly seen, heard, and supported as you navigate the complexities of life.

In addition to these qualities, I bring a unique perspective to my role as a counselor – that of a cancer survivor.

Having faced the uncertainties and emotional upheaval that often accompany a cancer diagnosis and treatment, I intimately understand the intricate interplay between physical health, emotional struggles, and the need for a strong support system. This firsthand experience has deepened my empathy and reinforced my commitment to providing holistic care to my clients.

I recognize that everyone’s journey is distinct, and I am here to listen, empathize, and guide you through your own unique challenges. My personal encounter with adversity has taught me the value of hope, the power of self-discovery, and the importance of fostering resilience. As we collaborate on your path to healing and growth, I am dedicated to bringing this perspective into our therapeutic relationship.

Together, we will navigate the complexities of life, drawing upon my professional expertise, unwavering support, and the lessons learned from my personal journey. I am here to stand by your side as you face your own challenges, offering a safe and understanding space for you to express yourself, process your feelings, and work towards a more fulfilling life.
