“Dr. Claire”
Hi and welcome!
I am a licensed psychologist specializing in children. I am passionate about recognizing and nurturing the unique strengths and needs of young minds.
I conduct complete child developmental and psychological evaluations at JSA, particularly when attention, self-regulation, and learning are concerns (ADHD and learning disabilities such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia).
In addition to assessments, I provide therapy (including a strong family component) to children in need of social, emotional, and/or behavioral support, ages four and up.
Whether it is through ongoing therapy or the evaluation process, I help children to effectively communicate their feelings and needs, and to build positive relationships with others. My approach to therapy and evaluation is family and child-centered, with an emphasis on communication and collaboration with those that care for the child, at home, as well as at school.
I look forward to getting to know your family!
