Allow me to partner with you to help find–and love–your true self again. I am devoted to helping individual clients forge more meaningful relationships with themselves, their partner, family members, and friends.
I also enjoy working with couples, helping them learn to communicate differently, hear each other in times of conflict, and find their emotional safety within the relationship.
Being a mother of four and a military wife for over 26 years I understand how hard it is to maintain healthy relationships while also being your best self.

Clinical Experience:
While pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Lenoir- Rhyne University I was able to take courses in Group Counseling and Family Counseling which sparked my love for couples work. During my internship I had the opportunity to explore this passion by interning with a clinical practice that focused primarily with families and couples. I also had an opportunities to help individuals with depression, trauma, and anxiety.
