Life is not meant to be endured alone. Nor should it be! Therapy with me is about our building a relationship and then together we create a place for you to reflect, explore, understand and accept yourself.
Our beliefs and emotions affect our perspective and ultimately our contentment in life. I have witnessed the strong, life changing and healing power therapy can have on individuals, couples, and families when you show up, share, and reflect on those beliefs and emotions.
My goal is to create a safe place that provides empathy, understanding, and change. I focus on a collaborative approach that includes cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, and emotion-focused interventions.
