Last Saturday, @blum_coffee_cola hosted our rockstar counselor @heykatiehaney as Katie ran a group workshop: Rethinking New Year's Resolutions. ✍️ Katie led the group through conversations and activities focused on creating attainable goals + sticking to them while giving yourself grace along the journey.
